These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the access to and use of the j1888 platform, including all sports betting, casino, slots, crash game, and live dealer products available at j1888.co ("the Platform"). By creating an account or using any service offered by j1888, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Platform.
1.1 Access to and use of j1888 constitutes unconditional acceptance of this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and any product-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents form the entire agreement between you and j1888.
1.2 j1888 reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.
1.3 In the event of a conflict between a general term in this Agreement and a product-specific rule (for example, a specific bonus term), the product-specific rule shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
2.1 Age Requirement. j1888 is strictly for users aged 18 years and above. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. j1888 performs age verification checks and reserves the right to request identity documentation at any stage. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be immediately closed and any funds returned in accordance with applicable procedures.
2.2 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether access to and use of j1888 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any bet or wager. j1888 does not represent that its services are available or lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on j1888. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, j1888 may void all associated bets, cancel pending withdrawals, and close the duplicate account(s) without notice.
2.4 Account Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistan mobile number. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. j1888 bears no responsibility for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate information provided by the account holder.
2.5 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j1888 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any third party. j1888 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain credential security.
3.1 All transactions on j1888 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). j1888 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, nor does it perform currency conversion.
3.2 Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the Cashier. Mobile wallet deposits (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are credited to your j1888 balance instantly upon confirmation.
3.3 You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. j1888 may request payment source documentation to verify ownership. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources may be returned and the associated account suspended.
3.4 j1888 does not charge deposit transaction fees. Any charges levied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside j1888's control and are your responsibility.
4.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to available withdrawal options. j1888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not linked to your registered identity.
4.2 KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid CNIC, proof of address, and evidence of the payment method used. j1888 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of verification.
4.3 Withdrawal processing times for KYC-verified accounts are typically 1–4 hours for JazzCash and Easypaisa during PKT business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. j1888 does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.4 j1888 reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits. Current limits are available in the Cashier section of your account.
5.1 All bonuses and promotional offers available at j1888 are subject to individual offer terms published at the time the offer is made. General bonus terms set out in this section apply to all offers unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.
5.2 Bonuses are available to eligible registered account holders who meet the stated qualification criteria. j1888 reserves the right to exclude any account from a promotion at its sole discretion, including accounts suspected of bonus abuse.
5.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple and eligible games are set out in the specific bonus terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated — unused bonus funds expire upon conclusion of the validity period.
5.4 j1888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such action does not adversely affect bets already placed in reliance on the bonus.
5.5 Multiple account holders, collusion groups, and participants using arbitrage betting strategies are not eligible for bonus offers at j1888. Bonuses obtained through abuse may be voided and associated winnings forfeited.
6.1 Specific rules governing cricket betting, casino games, slots, crash games, and all other j1888 products are published within the relevant product sections of the Platform. These rules form part of this Agreement.
6.2 All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. j1888 will not reverse a confirmed bet on the basis of a change of mind. In the event of a manifest error in odds or game results, j1888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to account balances.
6.3 j1888 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict markets, or decline bets at its discretion without providing a reason. This includes limiting maximum winnings per bet, per day, or per event.
6.4 In the event of a technical failure during a casino or live game session, the result is determined by j1888's server records. j1888 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner. Disputes must be reported to [email protected] within 72 hours of the session.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of balances:
8.1 j1888 may suspend or close any account at any time if it has reasonable grounds to believe a breach of this Agreement has occurred, or if it is required to do so by law or regulatory direction.
8.2 On account closure, j1888 will return any verified real-money balance remaining after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations, voided bet amounts, or amounts subject to a fraud investigation, subject to completion of KYC verification.
8.3 Accounts may be subject to a security review period before closure funds are released. j1888 will communicate the expected timeline to the account holder at the time of closure.
9.1 j1888 is committed to responsible gaming. Tools including deposit limits, session time limits, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion are available to all account holders through the Account Settings section of the Platform.
9.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon submission. Once a self-exclusion is active, j1888 will take reasonable steps to ensure the account cannot be used during the exclusion period. You must not attempt to circumvent self-exclusion by creating a new account.
9.3 j1888 reserves the right to apply responsible gaming restrictions to any account where it reasonably believes gambling may be causing harm to the account holder, without requiring a request from the account holder.

10.1 All content on the j1888 Platform — including software, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, text, and database content — is owned by or licensed to j1888 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any j1888 content without express written permission.
11.1 j1888 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j1888 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11.2 j1888's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 j1888 is not liable for losses arising from: service interruptions; third-party payment processor delays; errors in odds or game data caused by data feed providers; or events outside j1888's reasonable control including force majeure events.
12.1 j1888 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, j1888 will endeavour to provide advance notice via registered email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised terms constitutes acceptance.
13.1 This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international gaming law as determined by j1888's licensing authority. You acknowledge that the laws governing online gambling vary by jurisdiction and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with any laws applicable to you in your country or region of residence.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of this Agreement that cannot be resolved through j1888's internal complaints process (initiated by emailing [email protected]) shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant regulatory authority. You waive any right to participate in class action proceedings against j1888.
13.3 If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
j1888 is strictly for adults. Age verification is performed on registration and again before withdrawals are processed.
Each player may hold exactly one j1888 account. Duplicate accounts are closed and associated bets voided.
All j1888 deposits and withdrawals are in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or linked bank accounts in your name.
